The Bee Futures showcase day at Bidwell at the agricultural farm was a “Buzzing” success with over 30 people in attendance. Participants ranged from 5 to 85 years old had a buzzing time ! Participants learnt about beekeeping, the environmental benefits of beekeeping and pollination. They dressed up in bee suits and extracted honey ! A BBQ lunch and raffle prizes made the day even more exciting. Many of the participants leafed with with their own bee suits, smokers. gloves and exclusive t-shirts !
